A vibrant double rainbow arcs across a colorful pink and purple sky at sunset. Tall evergreen trees and leafy trees are silhouetted against the vivid sky, creating a serene and enchanting landscape.

About Us

Wren & Rose Farm (named after our two daughters, Hannah Rose and Evelyn Wren) is a small, family-run, Icelandic Sheep farm located in the Hudson Valley in upstate New York.

After years of living and working in New York City, we decided to leave our comfortable, urban life behind and moved our family into a 1720s stone house on 77 acres in rural New York. What we lacked in knowledge, we made up for in enthusiasm and found joy in working together as a family. Together we raise registered, horned Icelandic Sheep primarily for meat and fleece. In addition to our sheep-y friends, we also raise heritage breed Berkshire hogs and keep a miniature army of chickens, ducks, geese and turkeys.
