Every summer we raise a small number of heritage breed, Berkshire hogs to share with our local community. Berkshire meat is prized for its marbling and exceptional flavor. Our hogs are raised entirely outdoors on 2+ acres of pastures, rooting, grazing and wallowing in natural mud pits as pigs were meant to do. They are fed a diet of locally milled, soy/grain free feed and garden scraps. They are not given any added hormones or antibiotics.
This year, we are proud to offer USDA inspected individual pork cuts for pick up at the farm or other local spots. You can find more details about our pork offerings in the Online Farm Stand.
