We are so excited to be able to offer our 100% grass-fed and finished beef for sale through our Online Farm Stand! We are so grateful to have been able to partner with our good friends at Meadowtop Farm to bring you 100% grass-fed/grass-finished Hudson Valley beef.  This is the kind of beef I want to eat - regenerately grazed, from a local, family run farm and cut and processed by our long time, speciality butcher, Nellos.  The result is delicious, healthy beef you can be proud to eat! We will have pick up options available at the farm as well as delivery to other local spots. In addition to on farm pick up, we will have a selection of our beef available most Saturdays at the Hudson Valley Open Market and most Sundays at the Sweet Clover Farmers Market.
