We are also very honored to be chosen as vendors at the weekly Newburgh Winter Markets this 2025/2026 season, where we will have a selection of our Icelandic lamb and pasture raised pork available as well as our tallow products.
This is a very special, naturally colored yarn made from a 50/50 blend of wool from my eldest daughter’s (the “Rose” of Wren and Rose Farm) Tunis and Romeldale/CVM sheep and is suitable for next to skin garments. Yarn spun from Tunis sheep is known for its durability, luster and resistance to felting while yarn spun from Romeldale/CVM sheep is known for its softness and drape. We will not be making this blend again, so if you are interested now is your only chance to snag some!

A thick cut chop from the rib section of the hog, our bone-in chops are possibly one of our family's most requested meals. We like them brined and then finished in the oven or on the grill. Our chops are individually packaged so that you can get exactly what you want.
Sizes are as follows:
Medium: 1 - 1.25 lbs.
Large: 1.25 - 1.5 lbs.
Extra-Large: 1.5+ lbs.
Our thick cut boneless chops are an easy solution for a quick weeknight meal. Our family secret? Throw them on the smoker and thank us later. Our chops are individually packaged so you can get exactly what you want. Each thick cut chop averages .75 lbs.
Who doesn't love bacon? We may be biased, but we think our butcher (they smoke in house) does the best bacon we have ever tried. This year we are excited to offer two flavors - Applewood Smoked Bacon and Maple Bacon. Our bacon is thick sliced and comes in 1 lb. packs. The only question is which to make for breakfast??

Ground pork is an essential staple in our house, and we vastly prefer it over beef in just about everything but hamburgers. Tacos, chilis, meatballs you name it we are pulling out the ground pork from the freezer. Ground pork is also an excellent base to create your own sausage flavors! Our grind comes in convenient 1lb packages.
We think our small, family-owned butcher makes the best sausage around and we hope that you agree! This year we are offering three kinds of sausage: maple bacon breakfast sausage, Italian sausage (hot) and Italian sausage (sweet). Our sausages come in 1lb packs and are loose so you can do with it what you will. Our kids recommend making meatballs with the Italian sausage and adding to your favorite sauce - it's a meal they have been making on their own for years!
I wanted to develop a clean, natural lip gloss that would be fun to wear without all the junk of traditional glosses. Castor oil provides shine and tallow and lanolin provide deep nourishment and hydration - I think this is a perfect gloss for you when you want something a little fancier that a traditional lip balm. Natural mica powders adds a subtle hint of color and shimmer and grapefruit essential oil adds just a touch of natural flavor.
Lip gloss tubes are 6ml.

I developed this pretty whipped balm with tweens and teens in mind (although, of course, it would be great for anybody!). Lightly scented with rose and jasmine essential oils and blended with Rosehip oil - this balm is perfect for sensitive and problem (think eczema and acne) skin. My girls especially love the pink (naturally colored with mica powder) and white swirl ! It’s not easy finding skincare for tweens without tons of additives and artificial colorants (you would be shocked to know what is in some of the more popular brands out there!), so if you are looking for an all natural option with nothing but the good stuff - this is it!

Hand crafted by our specialty butcher, our 100% lamb merguez sausages are not to be missed! Merguez sausages hail from North Africa and are seasoned with cumin, red pepper, cinnamon, coriander and garlic. Delicious on the grill or in pasta - we can't get enough! Our sausages come 4 to a pack.
When people think lamb roast they automatically think of a leg roast, but I'm here to say that the shoulder is where it's at! The shoulder was built for fall-apart, melt in your mouth slow cooking. Our bone-in shoulder roasts are absolutely perfect for your holiday (or any day) table.
