This year we are offering three kinds of sausage: maple bacon breakfast sausage, Italian sausage (hot) and Italian sausage (sweet). Our sausages come in 1lb packs and are loose so you can do with it what you will. Our kids recommend making meatballs with the Italian sausage and adding to your favorite sauce - it's a meal they have been making on their own for years!
