Our non-perishable items are available for shipping nation-wide, and our perishable items are available for on farm pick up or delivery to multiple locations throughout the Hudson Valley and NYC areas. We are also very honored to be chosen as vendors at the weekly Newburgh Winter Markets this 2025/2026 season, where we will have a selection of our Icelandic lamb and pasture raised pork available as well as our tallow products.
Who doesn't love bacon? We may be biased, but we think our butcher (they smoke in house) does the best bacon we have ever tried. This year we are excited to offer two flavors - Applewood Smoked Bacon and Maple Bacon. Our bacon is thick sliced and comes in 1 lb. packs. The only question is which to make for breakfast??
Cut from the remnants of our bacon, these bacon ends are absolutely perfect for all your cooking needs. Toss them in spaghetti carbonara, or roast with brussels sprouts - the options are endless. Our bacon ends come in 1 lb. packs and are available in two flavors.

Medium: 2 - 3 lbs.

Ground pork is an essential staple in our house, and we vastly prefer it over beef in just about everything but hamburgers. Tacos, chilis, meatballs you name it we are pulling out the ground pork from the freezer. Ground pork is also an excellent base to create your own sausage flavors! Our grind comes in convenient 1lb packages.
Jowl bacon comes from the cheek and has beautiful marbling and a rich, savory flavor. Fry until crisp and use anywhere you would bacon — especially great for breakfast, BLTs, pasta, or crispy little garnish pieces. Sliced and sold in half pound packages.
One of our go-to meals when we are feeding a crowd - the leg roast (essentially an unsmoked ham steak) makes the most insanely good slow cooker carnitas/tacos you have ever tried. Our leg roasts are 1.5 inches thick and come in the following sizes:
Medium: 3 - 4 lbs.
Large: 4 - 5 lbs.
A thick cut chop from the rib section of the hog, our bone-in chops are possibly one of our family's most requested meals. We like them brined and then finished in the oven or on the grill. Our chops are individually packaged so that you can get exactly what you want.
Sizes are as follows:
Medium: 1 - 1.25 lbs.
Large: 1.25 - 1.5 lbs.
Extra-Large: 1.5+ lbs.
Our thick cut boneless chops are an easy solution for a quick weeknight meal. Our family secret? Throw them on the smoker and thank us later. Our chops are individually packaged so you can get exactly what you want. Each thick cut chop averages .75 lbs.
We think our small, family-owned butcher makes the best sausage around and we hope that you agree! This year we are offering three kinds of sausage: maple bacon breakfast sausage, Italian sausage (hot) and Italian sausage (sweet). Our sausages come in 1lb packs and are loose so you can do with it what you will. Our kids recommend making meatballs with the Italian sausage and adding to your favorite sauce - it's a meal they have been making on their own for years!
Our boneless shoulder roasts are perfect for slicing or shredding. Think stews, tacos or sandwiches! A little leaner and quicker to cook than our bone-in butt, this shoulder roast is an excellent choice for an easy weeknight meal.
